#Mycorrhiza
The educational biome:
🤔 What is a biome?
In ecology, it is a vast ecosystem where everything is connected.
In a forest, an invisible network of mycelium (fungi) connects all the trees and allows for the exchange of nutrients. This symbiosis is called mycorrhiza. 90% of plants depend on it for their survival.
🌳 MYCORRHIZA:
A community of teachers connected by a support network, who co-create free and open educational resources on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
🌳 What do we do?
→ Like the trees in a forest, we each have our roots, our history.
→ Like mycelium, MYCORRHIZA connects us and allows the exchange of knowledge.
→ As in a biome, we create together the conditions favorable to growth.
